Position Overview:
Stokeshire Designer Doodles is seeking a highly capable and experienced leadership team to drive the success of our organization. As a reputable breeder of designer doodle puppies, we prioritize effective communication, efficient financial management, strategic marketing, and seamless staff coordination. The CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, IT, PR, and Director of Communications will work collaboratively to oversee these critical areas and ensure the smooth operation and growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
1. CEO (Chief Executive Officer):
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to the organization.
- Develop and execute business plans, setting ambitious goals and objectives.
- Foster a positive and productive company culture, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Make critical decisions in line with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
- Represent the company in external relations, industry events, and partnerships.
2. COO (Chief Operating Officer):
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the organization functions smoothly.
- Streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with the CEO to execute operational strategies effectively.
3. CFO (Chief Financial Officer):
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including statements and analysis.
- Develop and maintain robust financial controls and risk management practices.
- Oversee cash flow, monitor expenses, and optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with the CEO to evaluate investment opportunities and make informed financial decisions.
4. CMO (Chief Marketing Officer):
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets and customer needs.
- Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Oversee the company's online presence, including websites and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications and PR team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
5. IT (Information Technology) Specialist:
- Manage all IT systems, infrastructure, and technical operations.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any IT-related issues.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with other teams to align IT strategies with company objectives.
6. PR (Public Relations) Specialist:
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to enhance brand reputation.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage media inquiries.
- Coordinate and oversee PR campaigns, press releases, and media events.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide timely reports.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications and marketing team for consistent messaging.
7. Director of Communications:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to effectively convey company messaging.
- Manage all internal and external communication channels, including email correspondence.
- Coordinate public relations efforts, media relations, and crisis communications.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all communication platforms.
- Collaborate with the CMO and PR team to integrate marketing and communication initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in relevant roles (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, IT, PR, or Director of Communications) is essential.
- Strong understanding of communication, finance, marketing, IT, and staff management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective leadership and collaboration.
- Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
